Newborn Sleep Notes.
With newborns it is not appropriate to use ‘sleep training’. However, we can look at all aspects of newborn sleep, such as sleep environment, props, age-appropriate awake time, feeds and growth, as well as using appropriate techniques to start supporting lifelong healthy sleep habits.
The newborn package includes:
An intake questionnaire to find out information about your little one.
A personalised set of ‘notes,’ giving you support and information around sleep environment, age appropriate awake time, wind down and settling techniques and a flexible, age appropriate schedule for naps and feeding.
Follow up support via one email or a 15-minute call (whichever you prefer) every one – two days for one week.
$150
Please note this is suitable for 3–11-week-olds only. I take into consideration all aspects of your little one and reserve the right to refund you if I feel concerned about any aspects that would stop me from working with you such as weight gain or feeding difficulties.
Suitable for ages 3 months – 4 years:
Support Plan.
This package is a great option if you have a minor sleep issue that you will receive advice about how to solve and then work on this without further support. This package includes:
An intake questionnaire so that I can gain information about your situation.
A personalised plan giving detailed guidance on the basics such as sleep environment and nutrition, as well those trickier areas such as naps, what to do with missed naps, overnight feeds and sleep. We also evaluate your parenting style and your baby’s temperament to suggest a settling method suitable for you.

Please note that I may need to gain some more information if the questionnaire is not filled in in enough detail. This can happen over email or phone – whichever you prefer.
This package does not include any further support.
Furthermore, if the questionnaire shows that there are complex challenges, I reserve the right to let you know this and either refund you or suggest a more suitable package.
Support Plan + 1 week ongoing help.
This package is great for those wanting to address sleep issues you are facing with some added support. This session includes:
An intake questionnaire so that I can gain information about your situation.
A personalised plan giving detailed guidance on the basics such as sleep environment and nutrition, as well those trickier areas such as naps, what to do with missed naps, overnight feeds and sleep. We also evaluate your parenting style and your baby’s temperament to suggest a settling method suitable for you.
Sleep and feed log analysis.
Follow up support via one email or a 15-minute call (whichever you prefer) every one – two days for one week.
